Our locally sourced lamb is from Blixes Farm just outside of Braintree, Essex.

Throughout the year we are supplied with a wonderful selection of lambs, they are of exceptional quality and come packed with incredible flavour. Just like the rest of our produce, we butcher the meat in store to suit any customers requirements. Give your tastebuds a treat whether its on the BBQ as a fresh minted lamb kebab or a succulent Sunday joint for all family and friends to tuck into.

Keep an eye out for our Spring Lamb which normally comes to us around April time and is the best lamb you’ll ever taste.
